Wheelchair Accessibility Information

One semi-accessible parking space (not wide enough for
larger vans with side door lifts) is available in the driveway on the right side of 1933 Russell Street. The driveway is marked by a sign on the fence. The Zendo and the Community Room are accessible via excellent permanent ramps. There is also an accessible bathroom with an outdoor entrance. To get to the Zendo ramp, roll through the main gate and continue forward through the courtyard toward the back of the Zendo. (Caution: the paths are cobble stone, and not generous
in width, but they are negotiable for chairs and scooters). To get
to the ramp for the community room, roll through the gate on
the left side of 1929 Russell Street. The entrance to the accessible bathroom is located
at the back of 1933: roll through the main gate to the courtyard and turn right at the back of 1933: the bathroom is the first door on the right. Because there are no automatic doors at any of theses sites, the level of true accessibility is considerably reduced for some practitioners. However, please ask any practitioner for assistance
with doors and gates.
